Hey! Haven't you heard? Putting anything in your lungs blocks oxygen. Just as the advertisements say huffing causes your brain to think its drowning because of oxygen depletion in your blood; so, does the tars in tobacco.
Add the restriction of veins that nicotine causes and You can make it believe your starving it too!
Of course any other thing you smoke does the same and have more effects on your central nervous system.
Note: The nicotine in smokeless tobacco cuts off blood supply too!

Maybe a little after the first smoke in the morning but after that then I say you had better quit.

if you're asthmatic you may get dizzy because of lack of oxygen i guess. That's why I quit.
