Sources say the judge has ordered the parties back in court Tuesday (the 20th) where experts in the DNA field will be called to testify. It is unclear whether some or all of the DNA samples will already have been taken for Tuesday's hearing."

what is this tmz.com? I heard on ET or similar program that an unnamed Bahamas official said that there will be "big surprise" at the Daniel death inquest at the end of the month???
ok, i see the article now and one where they kicked out Virgie's two American lawyers (at HKS's lawyers request...What does he OWN the Bahamas??) but they let her keep her Bahamian lawyer...maybe that is what would have happened to Birkhead's lawyer had she been with them there..maybe they saw it coming...why they broke off the relationship as lawyer and client.....still Birkhead would have been better off at least hiring a Bahamian lawyer....
