Do you think music artists jam to their own music?
I don't know. I would think, "Of course they do!" But then again, wouldn't they be tired of listening to the same old songs they practice over and over again?!
I just can't imagine them sitting in the car and driving and singing along with their OWN SONG. Hahaha.
Just a deep thought that I'm throwing out there I guess. :P

Yep. I know they do. Use to be a back up singer. Their music is their baby. Always tweaking and changing things around.

Well Pete Wentz from Fall out Boy can't listien to his own music because he will get bored of it and won't sing it good on stage so that might be the case. But I've heard of people who do that.

im a musician and i jam to my own material all the time...when u are musical, u think about music in a differant way, its not just the initial sound.

My ex was a fiddle player in a country band, and his group did. They had tapes (yeah, that long ago) in the car tape deck and would sing along to it, for practice.

Depends on the Ego of the artist Kanye .. Hell Yeah...Nora Jones Hell No she may sing @ a local Starbucks for charity but 2 be like "That's my jazz Sh!t" it ain't happening 4 her..

I've always wondered the same thing. But most artists I've heard interviews with always say they don't. I probably wouldn't.

I am married to a musician and He listens to himself every once in a while. I put it on more than he does.
But I only speak with my experience.

I don't think so either....except maybe singers who don't play any of the instruments and love thje sound of their own voice (ego trip)
