They knocked on my door (never identified their self’s). Told me to close my window. I said sure. They proceeded to go up stairs. I heard someone yell something. They came back down and knocked on the door next to mine. Didn’t hear what they said, but when the left I was in my bedroom (Window open in there) just being nosey... The first security guy walk by the second stopped and proceeded to look into my window. I stepped out. He said, "Open the door. I did and went outside. One of them started to enter my room. I reached for the doorknob, grabbing it; the security guy pushed me back and entered in. He said he owns it and everything in it and can come in anytime, and that I be kicked out anytime. Told everything in the room. I back down, cuz they do carry Guns. I will have been here for 2 yrs in April. I am now concerned they can kick me out and keep my stuff. What can I do?

Technically, they can enter your room and evict you any time they like.

I believe you can read that on the inside of your door (in my hotel, anyways, we have a notice there.)

Anywho, the fact is that the security guy was being a jerk. Seeing as how you've been there for so long and the first priority of a hotel is service, I'd talk to a manager.

If you make a big enough stink, you could get some money off of your bill or a free movie or breakfast or something.

Hope this helps!

We have rights just as anyone. I dont think that was right unless you were in danger or posing a threat to someone. Contact a lawyer and file a complaint!
