The only way to rid the pain is to stop doing whatever you're doing that causes the pain in the first place. You must be doing some repetitive action.

Do the exercises suggested by your physical therapist, wear your brace, take ibuprofen or naproxen and ice it 3 times a day for 20 minutes. If this doesn't help then see your doc about trying a cortisone shot.

Because (i think) it is tendinitis in your elbow and it will come and go from now on. You need to take an anti-inflammatory med like ibuprofen to help with the inflammation.

the tendons are inflamed. you need to change your work/play habits to accomodate your injury-- i.e., don't overstretch when reaching for the mouse. you can also get a brace--they sell specific braces for tennis elbow, they go around your forearm just below the elbow.

Take Anti Inflamatory's such as Ibrofen, Advil or aleave. Also place a bag of ice on your arms where it hurts. I have tennic elbow too all the way down to my finger tips. Please don't crack your knuckles.
