I miss my fiancee terribly and he will not be coming back to the states until june. I wanted to surprise him with a little weight loss when he returns even though he never complains about my weight but I am also trying to lose weight for many other reasons such as health, to be more fit, and we want to have a baby in about a year and of course i want to feel more sexy but I cant seem to stay on my diet becuz I am lonley without him. I dont have many friends (which i prefer, I am a natural loner) but missing as much as i do is makin me comfort eat.........any suggestions?

Change the kinds of snacks you have available to you. If you only have healthy snacks (i.e. carrot sticks, granola, broccoli, apples, oranges) then you will be eating healthier and that alone will help you lose weight. The next thing is to work out a system with yourself. When you get up to get a snack, do ten sit ups or some sort of exercise. It doesn't have to be a lot. The overall increase in activity combined with healthier eating will help you. Every few days or every week, increase the amount of exercise you do per trip for a snack. Also drink plenty of water. Crystal light is a good way to satisfy a sweet tooth without adding any calories and ensuring that you stay plenty hydrated. Try drinking a glass of water (or sugar free beverage) after before and after you snack. You can do it immediately following exercise. Do the same at meal time. You may find that drinking water may help eliminate some of the snacking as it will fill you stomach and help you feel full and therefore eat less.

You need one good friend who will like to get in shape like you do (who doesn't). It's much easier to stay in a diet or go to the gym when you're with a friend or even more, competing who gets in shape faster.
When you feel that urge to eat either drink a full glass of water, that will fill your stomach, or another thing I do to stop going to the kitchen often is I brush my teeth every time I put something in my mouth, but I do it thoroughly, dental floss, mouth wash. That way if you feel like eating every few hours you would think twice how many times a day you want to brush your teeth.. works for me.

Well the first problem is already taken care of...you've recognized the problem..you are eating to comfort yourself. Now, when you find yourself heading to the fridge because you are missing your man, take a detour to the bathroom and brush your teeth. Drink a large glass of water instead of eating, go for a walk every time you want to munch, and if all else fails, have fresh fruit and veggies ready to munch on if you just have to eat. At least they are healthy.

Stop putting yourself in the position to over eat. find other activity that takes up more time. Eat less, that will cause weight loss, exercise is excellent way to help lose weight and take up some time , and away from food. Good Luck

Get out and do something instead of eating. Figure out when you are the most depressed and when you eat more then go for a walk, to a movie or shopping. Also pick low calorie snacks, like fruits, veggies, yogurt,or something. Try a craft or hobby to stay busy. It sounds like you have to much time on your hands and you need to stay busy so you don`t eat. Go to the gym.

well ican only say i was 65 kgs for a long time and wished to be 80kgs like my big bro ..all my sisyers average and so am i .
i now have got this fetish for big women so as u see who gives a dam what u look like if he don,t like ya if put on weight ya can always so hi to me see there,s always someone that,ll be there just be ya self and jee most guys r shy as so drop a hint as some r slow to pick up on it, ok hope this helps ..markiss n t

Why don't you start walking all over the place...go on hiking trails...and really get into it...also bike rides...I will tell you that if you over eat...you won't be able to walk as fast, or run, or even bike well...so start doing those things..and then eat less!

we r the same, i am naturaly lonely and not very social but i wish i was but to occupy myself, i go on the internet the whole time
