Since the 'measurements' that make up the aspects of space and time cannot be gone beyond except through ignorance (you can move at a certain speed you do not know within a place or dimension you cannot define), a soul can only fundamentally exist within the constraints.

Since space and time are understood within the relationship between two numbers, and since a soul itself is a measurement between itself and something else (also represented by a number) it is contained within space and time.

However, it can exist within a space time beyond human measurement (in much the same way gravity can exist before Newton comes along and sits under an apple tree.) In other words, we can be governed by laws of which our ignorance has no, and can have no, affect upon.

This is worst then asking if God exists. The truth is no one knows. But you can say that if the soul does exist it probably resides in time and in space at least during your lifetime. Otherwise how would it occupy your being and understand and experience time. But if the soul existed in a space and time within your life what would cause it to escape that space last I knew was that death was cause by biological failure how would this trigger your soul to move unless it didn't have to because it was out of a space/time continuum. Maybe the simple answer is that their is no soul.

Out. The soul cannot be meaningfully measured using any measurements based in spacetime.

You know how they say the soul is timeless? Well, it is!

Well, human concoiusness is defeintly subject to space-time. Meaning each person lives in a certain time and place. since each person is born into that place and time, one would think that the soul is parrell to concoisuness. So one would question if the definetion of soul is concoiusness. and then you have the possiblty of rencarnation which throws in lots of possiblitys.

Both. Souls or spirits are not limited by the 4 dimensions.

Every thing is based in space-time and when it stops all else will stop with it!
