I dont think so. 22 compared to 19 isnt a big gap at all, it seems normal to me. But 22 to 17... thats a LITTLE gap, but what do you care about age? If there nice guys and good friends then you shouldnt think of it as strange. My second best friend is 16 and Im 20 and its fine with me because shes very mature for her age. So it all depends, if there mature and good friends then I say NO not strange at all.

No...my brother is 20 and has 16 and 17 year old friends...they all share the same interests in music and basketball, that's why they are friends. I also have much younger friends so I don't think it's strange at all...

No way. I am great friends with my best friend's younger brothers. They learn a lot from me and surprisingly I learn a lot from them. I'm 24 and they are 18 and 15 respectively. I'm also friends with guys who are in their 30's and late 30's. It's cool learning different views and perspectives from people of different ages. I learn from my friends' mistakes and vice versa. The best thing is that if you treat them like a friend then they'll respect you more for it.

In men, relationships are based on maturity, interests, and leadership skills.Unless of course your gay,or lonely and no one can know that but you. Also, are they hanging with you because you can buy beer? But, yup ,it is a bit odd at that.
