Not in Order-
Mankind vs Undertaker, Hell in A Cell
At King of the Ring 1998, the two competed in the second-ever Hell in a Cell match. The match became one of his most famous of all time, as Foley received numerous injuries and took two extremely dangerous and highly influential bumps. The first one came as both wrestlers were brawling on top of the cell, and Undertaker threw Mankind from a height of twenty six feet and sent him crashing through the Spanish announcers' table. This fall was planned. According to Foley in Mick Foley's Greatest Hits and Misses, the second was accidental. With both men back on the top of the cell, Undertaker chokeslammed Mankind, and a section of the cage gave way. Foley fell through and hit the ring hard. A chair that had been atop the cage also slammed Foley's head and knocked out a tooth as he hit the canvas. He was also knocked unconscious for a few moments from the impact (Foley claims this is the only time he has ever been knocked unconscious during a match), but he finished the match after waking up. Although Mankind lost, both wrestlers received a standing ovation for the match, and the event is often said to have jump-started Foley's main event career.

Batista vs Triple H and Ric Flair.2005- Not exactly a match, but a contract signing.
In an attempt to persuade Batista to challenge WWE Champion John "Bradshaw" Layfield rather than Triple H, Triple H concocted a scheme to have Batista run over in a limousine resembling the one used by Layfield. Initially, Dave didn't want help from Evolution and wanted to confront JBL by himself. Triple H insisted that Evolution stick together and accompanied Dave anyway. In fact, it was Triple H that saved Dave from the oncoming vehicle. Batista became aware of the plot while sneakily eavesdropping on fellow Evolution members, and on the February 21 episode of RAW he signed a contract guaranteeing him a match with World Champion Triple H at WrestleMania 21, thus leaving Evolution and officially turning face for the first time in WWE. He emphasized his departure by powerbombing Triple H through the table used for the contract signing. Batista initially pretended that he would sign with SmackDown!, giving Triple H and Flair the "thumbs up," but turned it into a "thumbs down" before attacking the pair, much to the delight of the crowd, who became unglued upon the thumbs-down.

Cena vs Angle- 2002
Cena's first televised WWE match was in answer to an open challenge by Kurt Angle on June 27, 2002. Inspired by Vince McMahon's speech to WWE's rising stars, exhorting them to show "ruthless aggression" to earn a place among the legends, Cena took advantage of the opportunity and almost beat Kurt Angle kicking out of the Angle Slam and enduring the ankle lock submission hold, but ultimately lost to a hard, amateur-style pin.

I have so many favorites, it would be hard to rate them all. Here are three that stand out in my mind and are at the top of my list:

CM Punk vs. Samoa Joe (Trilogy Part 1, Ring of Honor) - June 2004 (time limit draw)

CM Punk vs. Samoa Joe (Trilogy Part 2, Ring of Honor) - October 2004 (time limit draw)

CM Punk vs. Samoa Joe (Trilogy Part 3, Ring of Honor) - December 2004 (Samoa Joe won)

I would recommend all of these matches, but if you had to pick just one to see, it would be Part 2 of the trilogy.

WWE fans may not be able to handle such great, lengthy matches though. LOL

In total, all three matches are between 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
