Well, you guys had some really good answers, but i had the alternator checked and everything is good. I took my positive cable off over night just so the computer would reset and the next day the battery light stopped coming on, but when it gets warm it still bogs down. Could it be the vacuum line or is it something worse?

The most probable cause for the engine to act "constipated" is that the catalytic converter has had a melt-down, and when it gets warm, the material inside expands and will not allow the engine to expel the exhaust gas.
An Easy Test—
1) Temporarily remove the oxygen sensor on the manifold or the pipe in front of the converter, then drive the vehicle until you would normally expect it to begin to misbehave. If the signs appear to disappear, or are less pronounced, you have found the problem.
2) If the oxygen sensor is difficult to access, then temporarily lower the exhaust pipe(s) at the manifold, and perform the same drive test. If it behaves normally, then it is clear the cause is a catalytic converter that has failed.

i own a repair shop ,and i don't know what the original question was on here but have you checked the gas filter on it,that will cause it to bog down real bad ,i think its kind of funny on here sometimes some people think the alternator is the right answer to any question, but its not, yours sounds like it might be starving for fuel or air,try the fuel filter and the air filter either one of those will cause what you described, good luck with it i hope this helps.
