The day I stepped on the plane to leave Viet Nam I stopped drinking out of appreciation to God for getting me home safe. Haven't had a drop since and will not.

well I am drinking soda and some water but if you are talking alcohol which I assume you are than no I am not drinking. Why am I not drinking, because I do not drink alcohol I do not like the taste of any of it

I don't drink on any day. Reason is simple I want to take care of my brain and I like feeling life with all my senses about me. I love being sober.

Simply because some people do not drink alcoholic beverages.
So, regardless what the occasion is, they just do not drink.
