Stargate SG-1... back when Dean Anderson was still on.

EDIT: Add Silverhawks, Thundercats, Gummy Bears, Smurfs, the entire old ABC (or was it WB?) after school lineup (Darkwing Duck, Chip and Dales Rescue Rangers, etc ); all new episodes of course and in old-school animation; not this funky new stuff where either no one draws realistically or they use the too-realistic animation.

I was always a fan of both Babylon 5 and West Wing.
Good writing, good characters, interesting plots.
