how can i upload a photo

i click on browse and select "doc.1" (that's the name of my document where i have kept my photos) . i try to open it as i want to select only one photo from many . how can i do that ? how can i upload only 1 photo ?

go to imageshack.com and you can get the url of a photo.
now a url is a link to a website.

a URL is a site's address
like http://answers.yahoo.com
or http://frozen-whisper.tk
or whatever.
as to uploading a photo, i'd have to know the site you're doing it from.
