If it was deliberate, then Cheney is a horrible shot.
What I don't believe is that Cheney got the the victim to apologize for all the stress he caused Cheney.

Never read the link, but I don't think it was an accident either...if it was then Chaney should have told the sheriff directly after it happened and not 18 hours later. I grew up in Montana and know for a FACT that most hunters when they hunt DRINK. My guess is that Chaney was not sober and something happened and he lost it.
He got away with it because he is Chaney. Although I think he will be responsible for it sooner or later, because as we ALL know he is not healthy in any way...he already has one foot in the grave.
