Yep. You betcha I would. I find that playing loud music that only you want to hear and not the rest of the neighbourhood is not only inconsiderate, but also very rude too. If you want to listen to loud music, there's a little invention called Headphones. Do what I do..... Use them!

I have had so many neighbors that do this. I do not complain unless it is extremely excessive, after 10 PM, or everyday.

I have to remember that my neighbors hear me sometimes too. I have to remember that their are times that I have been noisy.

However, I have had one neighbor who played his music so loud that my fixtures would shake and fall off the wall. He was immature and said my TV was too loud. I know that it wasn’t because when the police would come out because of the noise, they would tell him that they could not hear my TV outside. He annoyed me for almost a year before he finally moved. His biggest problem was that this was his first apartment, and he did not know the etiquette. I should not have expected much from someone whose fridge was stocked with pizza and beer. I mean this was not college.

I have had neighbors like that since. I would knock on the walls to stop the noise, then if that didn’t work, complain to the neighbors.

I have a neighbor who lives downstairs now. They sometimes play their music loud enough that my floor vibrates. Part of the problem here is that the building is over 90 years old and there is no insulation. The other part is that they do not know how to balance their music. They play it with the bass all the way up. I called my landlord, and told her that if the neighbors downstairs wanted to have a party, to either invite me, or turn it down a little.

In reality, you only have the right to complain if:

1. The noise is after 10 PM or before 7 AM.
2. The vibrations cause damage to your property.
3. The noise is constant and everyday.
The noise causes you health issues.

Yes, in fact my old neighbor used to do it all the time. I would ask him to stop especially at night and he would just jack up the volume. I found out the town i lived in had a sound ordinance and called the police on him, that put an end to that.

guess it depends on the time of day, and the type of music. If it was music I like and it was during the day I could stand it for a while at least. If it were late and I was trying to sleep or rest or watch tv or something yes it would annoy me and no matter what time of day or night if it was music I myself do not like it would annoy me very much

it really is maximum in all probability an alarm they set to signal a hour of darkness prayer, I definitely have examine little in this optionally accessible prayer. What you're listening to is maximum in all probability the Adhan (call to prayer). humorous seeing what number shoppers which have responded your question hasn't ever lived in an living house complicated you listen fairly a lot each thing your neighbor does...i be conscious of this because I definitely have newly weds next door and a bongo participant below me and a kin 2 flooring below me has a dogs that barks for 3 hours promptly each evening, bout waiting to drop kick that element apparently like a rat. evaluate your self fortunate XD.

If my house is vibrating from the music, then yes, I'd be really annoyed.
But, if it was between 10 am and 8pm and it was just loud, not really.

If it was rap or Latino music, or opera yes. All other music would be fine with me played loud provided it was not the middle of the night. If it bothers you, call the police to resport "disturbing the peace". They will not tell who reported it.

Yes, I do, and when it goes on past midnight, the police will be visiting. It's not so bad in the daytime, but if I'm sick and trying to sleep, I do. And I wish my neighbor would get a new CD. He plays the same one over and over and over and over...it sounds like a bad amateur trying to learn to play bass guitar.
