I told you to be positive and enjoy the competition, not go mad!!!, Just have a good soak in hot bath, gentle massage, some kind of support strapping if its really bad. Hope you did well in competition.

You need to keep your leg as extended as possible most of the time. Slowly massage the larger muscles around (like farther away from the injury) and apply pressure. This allows blood flow to help it heal.
It MIGHT hurt a little more, but you will heal considerably faster. If it doesn't hurt, it feels good. Depends on you. Ice is a duh. Take it easy and don't actually move the injury itself. You'll be good. Tea is cool and chill with friends to distract you also.
Keep dancing,
Franklin

assuming the muscle is in your calf, what you do is curl your big toe forward and curl the rest of your toes in towards the bottom of your foot. For some bizarre reason, it takes care of the pain within a few seconds.

I would get some soothing oils and gently rub you down until you are relaxed enough to really rub hard ,& deep to get you loose, then try some streches .then you could put on some heat then cold on and off
