I've had a medium temperature fever for a few days now, but It has made me very lethargic, unusual for my fevers. And all of a sudden, I have a really fast heartbeat, I'm having hallucinations, and I have way more strength and speed than usual. I am not thinking like normal either. I keep imagining I'm falling into a pit and then I realize i'm not... I'm extremely dizzy but "powerful". The fever is around 102 degrees to 103 degrees farenheit. How can i prevent myself from going crazy, I'm even questioning my life, reality, and why I'm posting this question, HELP!

Also, I'm sweating like crazy and I have urges to rip off my clothes, which is never normal for me.

In response to answerer #4, I am not on drugs, nor have I ever been (besides advil and stuff) Nor have I ever drunk alchohol or smoked or anything like that.

There are many things that could be causing this. Only a M.D. can help you not Yahoo answers. Go to the emergency room. I wish you well.

I would check all ur medications, make sure your not having some sort of an allergic reaction to them.. call the pharmacy, and or doctor right away... having a fever for more then a few days can be dangerous, especially one that is that high

You better consult a Doctor. Constant fever can weaken the heart

I would phone the emergency room, and see if they think you should come in. A high fever can be dangerous, so if they tell you to go in, you really should.

103 isn't bad - don't worry you won't go mad - see a doctor as soon as possible and in the meantime just try to rest and drink lots of water.
