I am frequently facing the problem of having small white worms in stools. Though I take Albendazole 400mg chewable tablets once in a month or two, it keeps recurring. Please advise me how to avoid this. Can I take Albendazole very often? What is the dosage and are the side effects?

Try Mebendazole 100mg twice daily for 3 days. This usually is available in a strip with 6 tablets only. 1 to 2 hours after your last dose of mebendazole take a strong purgative/laxative with plenty of watery drinks.
