i am thirteen i can't go anywhere its spring break and its rainy all week i cant go wacth a miver or rent onei cant go to the mall..........what to do?

You want to solve boredom....Adventure Tyler Adventure.....how about bungee jumping from a helicopter. Ok kids do not try this at home or anywhere. It may be considered dangerous. Build one of those model dollhouses. Take up guitar, or piano. Indoor laser tag or paint-ball. Indoor climbing.....batting cage...mini-golf...tennis.....skating....make a photo scrap book album of your family, bake cookies, write a short story, mail a letter to a friend, make your parents their favorite meal. Go visit your grand-mother...do something nice for another person and you will be blessed.

Email your friends, or Instant Message, or look up some stuff you are interested in, or watch youtube stuff on here. Just type in youtube.com or play some music on one of those music sites or look at stuff on eBay.
Read about the New Madrid Earthquake in 1811 that went on and on and on for one year!!!! Find something interesting - it is here for you if you just type it in the corner of your monitor screen that says web search. Good luck.
