Yes, except for my index fingernails and my middle finger on my right hand for some reason.

If I am nervous or bored I do bite my nails.
But what helps me to not bite my nails it holding something in my hand, or keeping my nail painted because one day I had my nails painted and I bit my nail, and it tasted totally horrible and it messed up the polish.

I use to!!! but like 3 weeks ago I stopped and I'm soooo proud of myself cause I've never grown them out and I'm 19! :)
