Oh hell yeah I went to school with this girl for 4 years and about 6 years after we all got out of school i seen her and totally forgot her name we used party togeather and run all night ong with the whole gang and i couldnt remmeber her name to save my ***.

Yes, I think it's happened to all of us.
It's terribly embarrassing.
But I'm usually blunt enough to ask them how they know me.
Usually it's an older person that knew me when I was little, and I just didn't remember who they were.
