What would the pressure treated lumber be used for? On fences you could get 10-15 years. On a deck it could be longer provided you seal it after the first year.
On one of my decks I used 2 x 6's and have gotten 18 years out of it. I did treat it with stain about 4 times. On the other deck I used 1 x 6's and had to start replacing wood after 4 years. It was also treated with a preservative after the first year.

It depends upon how and where it's used. Pressure treating lumber is mainly to keep the wood eating insects from attacking it. Beyond that, it's not much different than anyother lumber.
If you use it in a wet area, it might only last a few months. In relatively dry areas, it might last 10 years. With stains, paints and other sealers, it might last 50 or more years.

It depends on the humidity in your area. Most will age and change color. With this type of lumber, I have found a water seal really is a must for longevity when applied every 3-5 years. Good luck with your project.

Pressure treated landscape timbers last until the insects destroy it. Used instead of stones to landscape flower boxes. Either termites or carpenter ants, of which are plentiful in our neck of the woods, have virtually destroyed the majority of them. Ones in shaded areas got destroyed the fastest. Has been about 10 years. Recommended not to burn them because burning releases the chemicals used to treat the wood. Our deck though is 17 years old and we have not put sealant on it yet but we do keep the water spouts clean so that water doesn't drip onto the deck.
