I just got home from the vet I had to put my 18 year old dog down and I really need a hug.

wow that stinks. I know how it feels. Last year I had to put my 12 year old Golden Retriever down because he got cancer...and on the day after New Years! then I got the flu...what a way to ring in the new year...and then last year BOTH of my ferrets died and now I am petless :( now I need a hug...come on lets both have a hug :((

((((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))) I am so sorry. I know how much that hurts. It has been 10 years since I had to do the same thing, and your question still brought a tear to my eye. Just know that your dog will always be there as a fond memory.

We had our Golden put down on New Year's day, what a sad way to start the year. But we are getting a new puppy in two weeks!! When you are ready, find a new pup to love!!
