Hey! First baby? I can tell. I have a son - he's 14 months now - it is so weird to be pregnant. You should start to feel the baby move around 20 weeks, like five months, and then after that you'll feel it move all the time. The baby will take breaks in moving, of course, because it will sleep, but it will move all the time. It starts like a little flitter of a butterfly, like gentle gas.... that's how I can describe it... but later, when the baby grows, it will be like you have a linebacker plowing out your ribcage with it's feet! I miss the moving. Middle names for Savannah... how about Soleil? I had someone suggest that to me a while ago. It's so-lay like the sunshine soleil. Or Adriana, Lily, I like those pretty sounding names. Jeffrey Matthew? That sounds good... Jeffrey Aaron? Allen? Alan? Hmm. Jeffrey Michael? Are you thinking of avoiding any passing on of family names? I named my son Logan - totally random, because we went to see X-Men and wolverine's name is Logan - because we both were named after grandparents, and I was so tired of explaining the history of my family when people asked me where I got my name from... but we named his middle name Mark, because that's my husband's father's middle name, brother, and grandfather's middle name - it's tradition to pass it on to the first born son, so that was okay.
Anything else to tell you about being pregnant... enjoy it while you are pregnant, even though by the end you will feel like the last couple weeks your skin is going to burst and you will be so uncomfortable, but get all the sleep you can. Sleep with a million pillows, that helps. The hospital and first three days are probably the worst, after that you are totally cool and downhill. The first three days you are just trying to figure out what the baby wants, and you will find it's not too hard.
I advise you to bring a face sleep mask (those kind with the elastic on them to go on your head) with you to the hospital, because you're going to be tired but the nurses have to come in and out of your room ALL the time to check on you, so the light is always on and off.
I am always checking my email if you want to email me through here, I hope I helped a little! And good luck, you are going to have so much fun, and know this - no matter how much advice you get and how many books you read, all of it will go out the window in the first week. You're absorbing information because you're afraid of the unknown, and anxious to get going with things, but once your happy little bundle arrives, and you learn what he/she wants, you are just going to have a blast and not stress because it will be following your gut and all the advice you got may help but it's not going to guide you and your decisions, your instinct will!

if you haven't felt your baby move go in for an ultrasound just in case but it is normal for you not to fell the baby move. so the first chance you get go to the Dr.

don't take any medicine it an cause birth defects. rest as much as possible but taking short walks will help making the pushing go faster. don't drink alcohol will also cause birth defects. take classes they usually have good tips.
