I would try a " Lexmark " type printer. A little bit of cost but they work great.
I would try not to be cheap and buy a cheap one, because common sence should tell you that it's not ganna be the best. Really all of them can be good, just depends on what cartriage you use and what kinda of prefrences you use. Some are better than others, but my Lexmark is so good and i love it,, no problems in the 8 months i've had it so far. very great and i like it alot. It's really good for everything, including pictures,, it prints them very well,, and it has alot of features with it that makes it even better. If you have a digital camera then you should buy a digital camera picture printer. If you just want to print pictures off of google then you need to buy a color printer

i bought an HP photo smart 3200 they turn out great, and it has a built in scanner/ copier. i can scan old photo's and with the editing software that come with the printer they turn out way better than they were before. also the ink is really inexpensive 10 dollars a cartridge and if you want you can get every ink cartridge and 200 sheets of photo paper for 35 bucks. also it is really easy to replace the cartridges unlike most printers i've ever used. if you dont choose this one just make sure you find out how much the ink is for the printer before you buy some are really expensive

i only have one kind: lexmark all in one printer, fax, copier, and scanner. pictures are beautiful.
