Yes you can ....it totally your choice... in the shower is the best less to clean up.... enjoy and have fun....sex during menstruation is safe to just remember even on your period you can get pregnant and make sure your guy into that sort of thing
some people find anything to do with menstruation gross however ask any doctor they'll tell you there is nothing to worry about
