How do you create site maps?

I have a website http://davydvasyl.ourprofile.net and it is not in google search.. That's why I need a sitemap. Does anyone have simple step-by-step instructions on how to make a sitemap?

Google has a python script that you can run on your server (you need shell access) that will look at the file change times and build a sitemap. That only works for static files though, so if your site uses a lot of dynamically generated pages, you'll have to read the spec for the xml format and write one yourself, or make a program to automatically generate it.
