how often do you have a look through other peoples questions and answers on their profile?

Just about every day. When I see someone asking interesting questions or giving interesting answers, I'll usually check out what they've been doing in the past. If they've been consistently interesting, I'll add them as a contact and, if they allow e-mails, I'll send them an e-mail telling them why I did it and asking it if is OK.

I hardly ever used to do it at all.
I found it to be quite intrusive, like looking through someone's underwear drawer!
But with the new contact/fan feature I now seem to be doing it all the time.
I find a lot of really good questions through my contacts profiles (like this one) and add an answer.

I've done it two or three times, especially if they have a high percentage of best answers, just to see what sort of answers they give.
They are invariably better than mine!

Usually only if they've asked to be put on my contact list. I want to find out as much as I can about them before I consider this.
