I agree, anything 100% juice is fine, just add a little water. Although i must add, i never give my baby orange juice because it gave her the runs. I only give it to her if she is a little constipated. Dont buy those baby juices anymore, she is old enough, mine is 14 months old and has had regular juice since 7 months. Juicy Juice is 100%! So you dont even have to think about it!

I would get it without the pulp and maybe water it down just a little. OJ is kinda bitter. Maybe 3 oz. OJ and 1 oz. water. You can do that with all the juices. Just make sure they are 100% juice with no sweeteners. They cost an average of $2 for 48oz. depending on the brand and type of juice. On the ingredients label it should have water and the juice from concentrate only, my kids never liked to sweetened stuff anyways.

At that age, you should water it down a lot. When my daughter was that age, she loved orange juice, but I watered it down to at LEAST 1/2 water. My son is now 14 months and I make his more like 2/3 water. I really like the Minute Maid Kids Plus orange juice because it 1) has no pulp, so it won't get stuck in sippy cup traps, and 2) is fortified with all kinds of vitamins and calcium (great for my daughter, who doesn't like milk and needs her calcium elsewhere!).

The say never to give juice with acid in it like orange or grapefruit before they are one years old. My son is 17 months and I don't really every give him orange juice and if I do I water it down. I would stick to apple or grape or things of that sort until he is a little older.

It is fine for your baby to have real fruit juices at 1 year however I do recomend really limiting it (once a day at the most) and watering it down to half and half, there are still natural sugars in real juice that are bad for their teeth as well once they have the taste for sweet juices it can be hard to get them to drink water.

taste the baby juice that u buy. you will see that it's a bit watered down. the regular juice is a little strong. acidic. just water down the regular with some filtered water or bottled water. 1 year old can handle that.

It's totally fine however; water it down a bit. Fruit juices tend to have a lot of acid which can give your child diarrhea & a bad dipaer rash.

it's fine just add 1/3 or 1/2 water depending on the brand so it don't loose the taste....ot would probably be fine to just give it to urbaby with out watering it down but it might be too acidic for him/her and might make their stomach hurt some brands are less acidic than others so it really dependson the brand and wat kind of juice it is
