IMO its Houston. The women there do not even try too look appealing or be fashionable. It also has been labeled as Fat City on more than one occasion.

How dare you ask such an insulting, degrading question about American women. But, come to think of it, Syracuse, New York has some women that look like they're the end result of inbreeding.

Attractiveness is just not external.
Having a weight issue does not make someone unattractive.
I assure you I have met some thin people that I would not want to be friend.
Also not a gender thing either.
Men and women can be attractive or unattractive regardless of the package they come in.

As in attractive are you referring to just looks? Women that may appear to be a 9...but have a crappy attitude and are just generally mean, fall to about a 4.5 in attractiveness.
As for what city....all of them fall into this category.
