If it didn't come with a Restore CD or DVD, then it might be on another partition of the hdd.

I hope you didn't wipe your drive completely, because if it was there, and no longer is, then you will have to contact Microsoft and give them the license key of the sticker on your machine for VISTA, to get a disk sent to you.

If Vista was "bundled" or installed on your PC at purchase, you should contact the seller.

Just to cover all bases, before you do that, try clicking Start, Help to see if anything is there

call windows and ask for either a refund or a backup. try to run reboot. Or reinstall vista with the regular instalation disk

If you want to find out how to reinstall all of that stuff, maybe you should go to someplace like Best Buy, Circut City, or wherever you like, and ask them to help you. You can also call the Geek Squad(a group of people who cna come to your house or talk to you on the phone and they help you with your technical problems.) Maybe they will help...
