They make mini hand held vacs for them. I also take qtips and rubbing alcohol which takes the dirt off the keys. They also sell air in a can made especially for electronics to help blow all the dust out.

You know, I'm not sure if there's a way to remove and re-attach the keys on your particular laptop, but I can share with you a method I just used to clean my laptop.
Ensure it's turned off and unplugged, for safety's sake.
Take an old toothbrush (the fancier, the better) and dip it in a SMALL amount of glass cleaner, or (better yet) mouthwash. Mouthwash is a disinfectant, it's cheap, and it smells good.
Thoroughly brush the keys. Wipe excess moisure off with a clean, dry, lint-free cloth.
Ensure the laptop is completely dry before turning on.
I hope this helps!

Strongly suggest "you don't go there." Get a can of canned air at any Office Max, Office Depot, etc.
I have covers for all my hardware and keep it covered when not in use. You may think I'm nuts, but I wash my hands before using the PC and require that of anyone else who wants to use it. My hardware looks like new.

Buy an anti-static fibre brush duster. Roll it backwards and forewards across th keyboard, and it should lift all the dust out.

They keys on my Toshiba pop off and can be put back. I'm not sure about yours. I know some Dell ones can't be put back on after popping out.
Best thing to do would be to use compressed air.
