I do not know where could I study TOEFL in Singapore because I'm a foreigner...could someone recommend some good of them,please?Thank you.

hey i live in asia as well. there should be open programs that have classes and prep courses to help tutor you and take mock tests. there are princeton review programs that help the SATS, but i'm not sure about TOEFLs. try contacting princeton review...? or maybe go on their sites. it shouldnt be hard to find prep courses in singapore.

There are a lot of private or commercial schools provide TOEFL, my advise is to go to a school which is registered with the Ministry of Education and/or member under CASE Trust for Education.
