the little white things are more than likely seeds. leave them alone. it's just part of the plant.

They are most probably scale insects or mealy bugs. If you have a small infestation just dip some cotton wool in alcohol and clean the leaves. Otherwise you have to spray with a commercial insecticide or best of all systemic insecticide which will make the plant poisonous to the insects.

Repeat the treatment after a week so that you will kill new bugs that hatch from the eggs.

Alcohol on cotton balls will get rid of them, be sure not to miss any. Very labor intensive. Disyston sprinkled around the drip line and watered in is an excellent systemic insecticide. Smelly, but effective.

Probably plant bugs. Fill a spray bottle with water and dish soap and spray them.

neem oil will cover pests and disease. it's organic and safe apply again 7 days after 1st time.
