No not overnight. Bottle warmers are good for a couple of hours. If you are going to be gone more than 4 hours the best thing you can do is bring powderd or canned formula and bottled water. Keep the water in some sort of a warmer ( if the baby needs it to be warmer than room temp) and when the baby needs to drink, open the bottled water and pour it and the formula into a bottle. The water is safer than tap water anyway and since it is sealed it great for travelling. That way the baby will have freshly made bottles.

Have you read the instructions from the bottle warmer or maybe on the formula container? Many companies have a toll-free number you can call for information.
I would not use any bottle of formula after being at room temperature (or warmer) for longer than an hour. Never take chances with the well being of your child. It's just not worth it, and also to know what caused the baby to be sick and miserable, just by not being clean enough. Babies have enough stomach aches and illnesses as it is. Much easier on baby AND parents if you just mix formula as it is needed and discard the leftovers.

Even if you used sterilized bottles, sterilized water, and sterlized the scoop you used to make the formula, you will still wind up growing a really nice culture in your bottle. The "sterilizing" you do at home, unless you have an autoclave, only reduces the number of bacteria - significantly, yes, but there's still lots there.
E.coli grows best at body temperature, as do many other types of bacteria. The bottle warmer keeps the bottle at that temperature - it's in effect an incubator, an ideal environment.
For the advice given by another person about how the whole world is covered in bacteria, of course it is. By numbers of cells, our bodies are more bacteria than ourselves. Most bacteria out there are not a problem. Generally I didn't worry about sterlizing everything that came into contact with my son, that's getting a bit nuts. But to feed your child milk that's been incubated in ideal temperature for nasties to grow in? UGH. Not a good idea. Toss the formula.

I would not do this, it could lead to diarrhea. The bottle warmer is not hot enough to be safe.
