I can't tell if there is blood in my urine or not. I've been on my period for 3 months straight. But recently I will bleed a lot when I pee, and then I just get spotting after that. How do I know if there is blood in my urine or if it is menstrual blood? I have recently been thinking about seeing my doctor and getting checked for Endometriosis. When I found out this question would be asked it got me thinking and at first I thought it was my period that just came when I pee, but now I'm thinking otherwise.

Go to the doctor! No one here is qualified enough to tell you that!
The only other thing I can say is to observe all that you can before visiting the doctor. Does more blood show up when you push your muscles? Does the blood show up when you pee? Have you tried wiping, then peeing a bit and seeing if the blood shows up? The more you can observe when and what is happening to you, the more you can help your doctor. Good luck!
