how could i persuade my grandma to buy me a verizon cell phone??... (i dont kno how even though mostlikely she'll say yea)

Ask her nicely and promise to use it responsibly. Tell her you'll do chores and such...and actually do them.. or you could always suck up to her and stuff. =)
