No offense, but did they teach you about capitalization while you were getting very educated? I'm only pointing that out because you're bragging about being very educated but didn't bother to capitalize (not a good sign of the quality of education you have) plus you didn't bother to ask a question.

I always question people who boost they are educated. I think only drop outs say that. So now I'm suspecting a rouse here. Didn't I see you wear A "Vote for Pedro" shirt. AHHHHhaaaa...You are a Mexican posing as an angery white guy. Can't fool me. Now stop it...you've been had.

The first action would be to stop telling people how educated you are and second would be to figure out just what you are exactly.

If you really want to pursue this and your contract stipulates that you must get paid within x amount of time you can pass him a bill for the delayed payment, the amount that he is to pay you should be stipulated in your contract, if it is not you should use a mediator. If he/she is not agreeable to use a mediator you can sue him for the amount owed. However, if you were to use any one of those methods it is likely that your expense will be greater than what you receive in compensation and you will almost certainly loose the contract.
