Yes I do,unfortunately the current president does not believe speaking correct or even good English is necessary. He does however speak excellent Spanish for some reason.

The US President should know how to speak English properly because he do a lot of talking to the public and his words are crucial as it affects the security of the state.

I agree! Mr. Bush is poorly articulated in his speeches, he needs to speak much better not only in English, but in Spanish too. Politics in the U.S is not Monolingual

Reading a speech, I've seen better.
But talking one on one, a q&A session, with no script, he's quite good.
