it's likely fluid in your inner ear. your sinuses are connected to your ears and it's basically snot trapped in the tubes. try an antihistamine with a decongestant -Claritin D is best. drink lots of fluids. use Ocean nose spray to keep your sinuses moistened which allows them to drain better.
if it becomes painful, treat with advil and see a doctor to rule out a sinus or ear infection.

shifting sinuses perhaps, put a hotbottle on the ear area(fill an empty pepsi bottle with hot water) rub chapstick around the ear.

You will be having any middle ear or especially inner ear problem. Hence you better see an Otolaryngologist

It could be tinnitis or just ear wax. See an ENT, an ear, nose, and throat specialist.
