ok so its about a surfer girl whos been surfing for 6 years and she gets attacked by a shark and she still competes in a surf competition and wins but dies a month later.

yes, but do u hav 2 make such a sad story *pouts* i hate sad stories but at the same time i luv them
it would be a good idea for a short story but i don't think it'd work out if ur planning to write a series or a huge novel

i think the story is good but will not attract many ppl .. cuz i think its a random story .. i saw some movies bout surfing & never quiting & stuff like that .... it was boring !! .. i think u should rethink your idea for a story .. I knew its gonna be great ..

This is new... Cliched "girl tries to reach her dreams no matter what" sorta thing ending with with something sad. It sounds good for a children's movie, but you know, I'm not sure it'd interest many people.

It has possibilities... you might want to leave the dying part as a sort of 'epilogue'.... i don't see why people wouldn't be touched by her bravery, determination and eventual loss.

It is a good story if you write it right. If you don't write it right then it doesn't matter, but all in all, it is a good plot.
