Nash is far better than Kobe in a team game just because:
1) He is a much better team mate
2) Makes everyone around him better
3) Can be play maker or scorer
The funny thing is, the Lakers absolutely suck, what was it seven in a row before Kobe had to be on fire or lose in OT. What are they now, a shade above .500 and about 17 games back of PHX...LMAO.
The Lakers are out in the first round of the playoffs(if they make them)
Also, people seem to think Kobe is a good shooter. This makes me laugh.
Look at the stats, he's never among the leaders and not even in the top 50 in 3 pt%. While Nash is 2nd in 3pt % and 3rd all time, 3rd all time in FT%.
If it wasn't for Shaq, Kobe wouldn't have any rings either. Kobe will NEVER win a MVP !

Anybody that thinks Kobe is better than Steve Nash Actually dont watch the games, Kobe is just a better version of Gilbert Arenas, Steve Nash doesnt need to jack up 30-40 in order for his team to get the W, all he has to do is drop 10, dish 10, and grab a couple of steals and the Suns roll to an easy victory, without Nash the Suns wouldnt be anywhere near where they are right now, hell Kobe puts up 30 a night and the Lakers are still on a losing streak, so what does that tell you?

Nash plays the game better Kobe, Kobe started by sharing the ball more at the start and trusted his team-mates, but when the better team-mates went down he stopped trusting and has tried to do too much and control the game like agent zero is in washington with simillar success without the big three. Nash makes everyone around him better. Look at the players who are nothing before coming to the suns, diaw, bell, if they played with kobe they would still be doing nothing. Kobe is a great player, but being great doesn't mean you can do it all, jordan needed pippen, kobe needed shaq, the suns need nash. Basketball is a team sport, there is no I in team, and No championship for kobe this year or MVP.

its simple last year the suns werent supposed to even make the playoffs cuz amare and kurt were hurt but they got a 2 or 3 seed. this yr the lakers have had injuries and has kobe taken the team anywhere no. they are bearly over .500 and might miss the playoffs. Kobe is selfish he may take over a game but so does Nash. Nash makes ppl better and takes over the game with amazing passes and hits huge shots. any more proof than the dallas game were he made 10 pts in 57 secs. Kobe is selfish Nash is not. Nash is better

Individually Kobe is better. But on a team perspective Nash is better because he integrates his teammates into the offense while making offense for himself as well. Since basketball is a team sport, then no, the people who think kobe is better than nash are the ones who are retarded

Nash better than Kobe? NO WAY! Kobe is the best since Jordan. No Doubt! Nash isnt even in the top 50! Mentally retarded seems harsh - let's just say they are not being realistic. I love Steve Nash - think he is a great player. But Kobe Bryant is by far and away the better player - though he will never be a Michael Jordan...MJ was the real deal.

Nash is what is known as a "team player". He doesn't just do whatever his selfish heart desires, because he ISN'T selfish, unlike Kobe.
Notice how Nash has won MVP back to back? And deserves it this year as well? That alone should prove that he's a better all-around player than Kobe, who has no MVP awards since he is an arrogant, selfish player.
