I know exactly how you feel. I switched web hosts 5 times before I found one that had everything I wanted.
I have been with them over a year now and am very happy there. I have never had a problem with scripts not working, going over bandwidth or anything esle.

I have been in the Internet marketing business for 10 years and I would say that your hosting depends on your needs. That is, do you need a shopping cart? The ability to accept credit cards? Do you plan to be in the media and get a ton of traffic (which has to be supported for more than $20 a month). These are just some of the questions to ask.
