First figure out girl/boy?? I'm confused, but no, you can't marry any one until the divorce is finalized... It's still consider adultery, separated or not, btw.

You don't have to marry her because she is pregnant, or out of pity. You marry for love to share the end days with this lady.
The baby can be still loved without you marring this lady just be a good father, be there for the baby as well as for the lady caring your child.
But if your asking," Should i marry her because she has only been separated for 7 months only? You didn't think twice to bedding her in such short time and not even waiting for her divorce.
So why ask that question now in late fashionable timing?
Didn't you kind of put the carriage before the horse, speaking?
Marrying her only in concern for the child in her womb is not right. Marry for love, if nothing else and just be a father to the child coming, the rest will follow.

She is going to have to get a divorce and pray her spouse doesn't try to hit her for adultery charges if they weren't legally seperated. But you better get a move on it bc divorces can take a long time if her ex wants to be an a** and can prolong your happiness with her so I would find a good strong attorney and get it over with.
