I have 2 children with a disorder that has not yet been diagnosed! They are very friendly, they would go with any stranger with only a smile given to them. They are very distructive towards property (theirs or others). They steal (food, toys, money, ect.),they are not angry children towards adults. They have tantrums at times, especially one of them. They have sensory issues, they can not comprehend danger, safety, simple knowledge. They are very high pitched and mostly yell when speaking. Not just a side effect from being hearing impaired for I have other children that are hearing impaired. They also have Speech Apraxia. They smile non-stop when being punished. They do not know what value is or from right to wrong. They are 7 yrs old in a weeks time and are identical mirror twins. Beautiful but very hard to manage on a daily bases. Please reply with detail and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank-you.

I don't want to alarm you, and I am NOT a psychologist.

It sounds vaguely like Conduct Disorder or perhaps it's just ADHD. I recommend you take them to a psychologist.

(to the person above me, Anti-Social Personality Disorder is not something a 7 year old can be diagnosed with, Conduct Disorder is the a disorder that resembles ASPD but it's a childhood disorder that may [but doesn't always] develop into ASPD)

I'm not a psychologist but from what I know it might be antisocial personality disorder: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antisocial_personality_disorder You should have them see a psychologist to find out for sure what it is...it might be treatable.

I really think this is autism, or maybe some form of it. Maybe you should get a specialist for autism and see if it is another type. Hope this helps!
