I love love love House and have been following it all this season. So what does everyone think--Is it going to be House and Cuddy pulling through or is it going to be House and Cameron? WHAT WILL HAPPEN?

They are pushing the House and Cuddy thing probably because the House and Cameron thing was sidetracked by the news that the actors that play Cameron and Chase got married in real life. That is why they suddenly became friends with benefits, (Chase and Cameron). Meanwhile, House keeps stalking Cuddy and grabbing her butt and looking down her blouse. She needs a stud and House owes her for getting him out of prison. And, he will do anything to get out of clinic hours. Then again, he did tongue cameron in the last episode. Who knows, he may do the both and half the hospital to boot as he releases the hounds of war.

I doubt either one will be it. Cuddy would never take that type of relationship seriously. She doesn't despise House, but she isn't going to attempt to shack up with him, because she doesn't want to have to duck and dodge him picking apart her brain and categorizing her motives. Cameron is always going to feel like this is something that she can feel sorry for but ultimately the nit-picky moral dilemmas and melodramatic hissy fits that make her suck as a physician and as House's understudy and as a good reader of people and patients will turn both of them off to each other. Now his ex-wife might spark some chemistry up, but she will constantly be in a tug of war with the chip on House's shoulder, making it impossible for anything besides a couple of longing glances and romps in the sack to ever occur between them. When they end the show, he will still be alone, but between now and then he will have a lot of weird "what the f*ck" moments with a few females the majority of which will be recurring roles, and a few will be temporary pop-up cameos meant to spice up the mystery side of House's flimsy love life.
