i don't remember much about it but...there is realy bitchy girl and her brother who are rich and they make this deal or something that he can't get this inocent girl to have sex with him and it mostly takes place in this hugh mansion the girl has long dark brown hair....i don't really remember much but if you have any guesses please list them all! k thanks :)

Definitely Cruel Intentions. It was a modernised version of a story which has been filmed at least twice before: as 'Dangerous Liasions' with John Malkovich, and the french version 'Les Liasions Dangereuses' with Jeanne Moreau.

"Cruel Intentions" with Ryan Phillippe and Sarah Michelle Gellar and Reese Witherspoon. It's the movie where Ryan and Reese met and started dating and eventually got married. It is one of my favorite movies and the soundtrack is phenomenal. There are a couple of previous movies that this one is based on. I think the previous versions were called "Dangerous Liasons." Hope this helps.
