u can if ur neighbours approve u to own it as a pet.
n u mus confirm that it wont harm your neighbours or neighbourhood, like kids, old people or people.

Yes you can own monkeys in canada. Anyway, just because they are "exotic" doesn't mean you can't own them! It's just a classification term.

its not a good idea, you would be taking a probably endangered species out of its natural habitat, and you will never know how to make it completely happy. after all you cant give a captive animal freedom.
