You may consider it as illusionary things that your brain produces. Sometimes, the brain transmits messages that aren't really there, but it persuades you to believe that there IS really something. Or, if were talking about the mystic world, it could be a sign that your "third eye" has awaken.
You see, all of us are said to have this third eye, it is something that functions like our normal eye, it sees, but the extraordinary thing about it is that it doesn't only function as our eye, but as the different sense organs as well(ears,nose,touch,etc.). It senses the things that is beyond what our normal sense organ can know. You may see things that other people can't see, you may hear things that other people couldn't hear, you may smell things that other people couldn't smell(such as blood), or you may involuntary say things once your third eye has awaken.
It is also said to be our way of connecting to the other dimensions of this world that we cannot see.But still, it's your choice. If you think you can handle all of the unexplainable things that you are now exposed to, you may want to develop it further. But, if you don't want it, you may let someone with a knowledge about it close your third eye for you.
But before you do anything else, just make sure it isn't just your illusions. You might not want something 'unusual' to happen,right?... =)

If you are not kidding around. I would say spirits from the other side. Or a mental condition. Or drug use. Or Subjected to a posin or drug of some sort (by natural means or by another person).
Or you are just kidding around.
I wonder if you know the reason, and want to see if anyone can answer it, or do you not know and want to find out.
Either case, I think any of these answers would cover all the possible reasons for your situation.

Either, you have a spirit in your house, or your on drugs.
If you have a spirit in your house, you should be able to supply more information.

one of them started walking with you and you dont know it . try thinking in second person to see if you get an odd response. like think do you hear me and listen to the sounds.

Seriously, get some rest.
Sometimes i see it too.
But..
LISTEN TO MY ADVICE.
if u r only experiencing it in ur house, seek someone who can help u (according to ur religion). A father or priest or a monk can help u.
But if u r experiencing it outside, something like in the building or u see things following u home, seek help too. Pray in ur heart sincerely.
