I live in a rented apartment building in Canada, it is owned by a large company. Last Saturday (1 week ago) i was leaving for work at 5.45 AM, If you live in Canada and you are reading this you would know that last weekend there was freezing rain, as i left the entrance, i fell on the glassy ice and banged my head hard, i felt dazed, i went to the hospital who examined me and discharged me, the past week, i have felt, weak exhausted, had bad headaches, the 3 following days after the fall, my jaw hurt, my forehead, i was told this was caused by the impact of the brain being pushed forward, as i hit my head on the back, my neck muscles hurt badly, i have felt nausea.
I work part time and have not been able to work, i was due this weeknd to work 2 shifts but have felt too unwell.
Today i went back to the hospital as 1 week had passed since my fall, and i was still feeling unwell, the doctor there checked me out again and i had a CT scan, luckily there was no internal beeding or fracture

But i will not be able to work for a while.
Do you think i have a case for making a claim against the apartment company, i fell on their property directly outside of the entrance door on glassy ice?
Or do you think i would be wasting my time?

If you live in an apartment, you also signed a rental agreement. Why are you not reading that over? It will have the whatis of what your responsibilities are as a tenant. And the fact you signed it has a bearing. If in the agreement they will not be liable, and you signed it, you is out of luck. Read before you sign. There is a reason. You will know for sure. And ya, I live in canada, but we had sunshine so I know nutting about your freezin rain.

You have to look at your lease and everything in it! There may be something there, but, as bad as I feel for you, I personally don't think it is cause. We can't expect someone to take responsibility for us when we must know there is fresh ice on the ground. It wasn't the apartment co. that put the Ice there and they can't be expected to walk in front of you as Ice is forming. If I fall on Ice in my backyard, I wouldn't even think of suing the person I lease this property from. Check your lease thoroughly though. Lawyers can do anything these days.

It depends on who is responsible for keeping the walkway clear ie the bulding owners or city and whether the icing was sudden (unforseen) or if or could have been foreseen and the walkway de-iced in time. Either way, it wouldn't hurt to talk to a personal injury lawyer.

If you CT is negative, then take some pain killers and go to work.

You can't expect them to have the ice taken care of by 5:45 a.m. in any country.

Your case is frivalous...be more careful on the steps.

Every one wants to improve their bench press, but fitness center regulars and bodybuilders ultimately strike a level and struggle to raise those bench press numbers. Put down that journal article on "how to improve your bench push by 20lbs. in 1 week," and search here https://tr.im/G6hSG .
Critical Bench is the perfect guide for bench and is divided in to six sections.
The initial information is the training that you might want in developing muscle tissue while going right through the book.
Critical Bench emphasizes the significance of schedule types and explained in layman work out terms, ensuring every bodybuilder reading the manual can realize it.

would you sue Mother Nature or God? i'm sure that the building owner/manager is just as responsible as you.
take it easy and treat your pain. it will take a while to heal. let your anger go and look up the definition of "accident".
